Dr. Cray is Professor of International Business and Organisational Behaviour in the Erik Sprott School of Business, Carleton University, Ottawa.  He also heads the Bachelor of International Business program.

 

Dr. Cray's interests lie in the areas of international negotiation, electronic commerce in international business and the management of complex organisational structures.  Dr. Cray has co-authored two books, the latest titled, Making Sense of Managing Culture.  He has also published in the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Organisation Studies and the British Journal of Management, among others.

 

David Cray has worked with small and medium-sized enterprises in a number of countries including Australia and Canada, especially with firms who have entered into international alliances. His presentation will address the practicalities for SMEs of running modern, non-hierarchical organisations, including cluster, network and matrix organisations. The presentation would be relevant for both private sector and government enterprises."
