Alan CarrieAllan Carrie is Professor of Manufacturing Systems in the Department of Design Manufacturing and Engineering Management (DMEM) at the University of Strathclyde, where he served terms as Head of Department from 1990 to 1992 and in 1997. He is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE) and Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers of USA (IEEE-USA).
