Visiting Smartlink Fellow: 18-29 August 2003 BackgroundDr. Cray is Professor of International Business and Organizational Behavior in the Erik Sprott School of Business. He also heads the Bachelor of International Business program. Professor David Cray has worked with small and medium-sized enterprises in a number of countries including Australia and Canada, especially with firms who have entered into international alliances. During his visit in 2002 David addressed the practicalities for SMEs of running modern, non-hierarchical organizations, including cluster, network and matrix organizations. This year he intends to address growth strategies for SMEs. Dr Cray's presentation would be relevant for both private sector and government enterprises.
