Jill MacBrydeArea of expertise: Measuring and managing team performanceDr Jill MacBryde is a Lecturer within the Department of Design, Manufacture and Engineering Management, University of Strathclyde. Jill is also a member of the Centre for Strategic Manufacturing. Prior to taking up this appointment in 1994, she worked within the Emerging Technologies Research and Assessment Centre (ETRAC) within the Strathclyde Business School. Her teaching and research focuses on process improvement and the management of change through people. Jill’s doctoral thesis, completed in 1998, highlighted a number of issues surrounding the implementation of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) in academic environments. Jill is currently the principal investigator on a research project focusing on measuring & managing employee and team performance in business process environments. This work has been funded by the Economic & Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC). Jill's home page.
