Frank Wagner graduated as Dipl.-Ing of Technical Cybernetics from University of Stuttgart and works at the Fraunhofer Institute of Industrial Engineering being responsible for the Competence Centre R&D-Management as a member of the Management Board.

His experience covers more than 10 years of successful R&D, Innovation and Technology Management projects with mostly SMES in Europe, Asia and South America. Additional he teaches Technology Management at University of Stuttgart on a graduate level and supports the European Commission as a consulting expert.
